Motel 6 Greenville, SC - I-85 Near Downtown

Very clean and nice rooms.I felt like I was welcomed when I checked in very great staff. Very knowledgeable about their job up here. Management was extremely nice to me. When I had an incident with a room. The issue was taken care of swiftly. Very good staff. If you ever have any issues they will take care of it swiftly. I had a room upstairs that was making excessive noise. You're my stay. It turned out there's multiple complaints on that room and they were able to take care of the situation.

I liked nothing at all. I checked out ahead of time. I could not stay due to the deplorable conditions. I had to pay a damage deposit for a room that was ALREADY damaged. The television was scratched the smoke alarm had the battery removed, the microwave had rust. Not to mention the latch lock was broken. The bathtub was horrendous. The staff was not helpful at all with any of my concerns. This place should be condemned.

😊: The T.V. was working on arriving but after the door closed it stop and I reported it to the front desk and the response was that they don't have nothing to do with the room it's maintance and the outlet in the kitchen area was out of the wall plus there was wire in the ceiling were the wasn't no fire alarm should have been and the bed spread was alot of smoke burn on it and I don't smoke and was put in a smoking room maybe if these problems be fix I would return. 😢: T.V. outlet and the room were there was smoking and burn holes on bed spread need to correct these problems plus no fire alarm system just aholes were it was there SMH.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The room had a stomach churning smell of smoke. The room was filthy including black a black gooey film that turned our socks charcoal black when walking for just a few minutes throughout the room. Dripping of an unknown fluid throughout the walls, copious amounts of dust, dirt and dead bugs along the floor and furniture, cigarette holes and stains on the bedsheets, a literal PITCHFORK carved into the TV, and dirty stained towels. To top it off there was screaming throughout the night until 3am yelling for someone to "pull up." When we called to the front desk to ask if they had the ability to change us to a a clean or smell free room the desk associate claimed she wasn't sure which rooms were clean if any. I spoke to the front desk in the morning

I recently stayed here and they’ve made a lot of upgrades recently. The place is quiet, and the front desk is staffed 24/7, which was really convenient. Housekeeping was consistent, and overall the property felt safe.
