Motel 6 Garland, TX - Northeast Dallas

So I just booked for tonight for 5 days and online when I booked it says right here we have A Refrigerator and Microwave. So I go check in then go inside have and don't have at all A Refrigerator or A Microwave at all this is so crazy as he'll never seen this before working for 5 days and all the little boy up front can tell me is ohhh I don't know. Like really come on ... Will never go back here and I paid 357.00 sad. None of these things but the website says otherwise I told him I wanted my money back or haft of it or something because how are we supposed to keep food in there with ice how stupid was that.

Positive: The space of the room was adequate. Negative: The advertised pool was out of order. The space that looked like it should've been a closet had no hangers, or poles to hold up the hangers. Just an empty space.

So I made a reservation online and now time does it say a deposit is needed so as I enter into the building there is a sign that has it on there. And I told the guy at the front that I wasn’t aware of it and that I will have to cancel it he told me I would have to go back to the website we’re cancel it myself. So I went to check my card and the guy at the front charge my card without my permission and on the reservation website it say that cancel are free up till 6pm and my card was charged at 4:08pm I called the motel and was told there is nothing they could do and that the person that was there has left and want be able till 10pm so I need to call back at that time I will be filing a police report against this motel and a law suit so get ready

Manager comes out the backdoor with both employees, when I waited 5 minutes to clarify $10 for any large! check the video! Manager should be fired. No business in the world would employ this lazy woman!

12/13: DON'T STAY HERE. After the front desk and maintenance nearly broke the door down to enter my room while I was naked and asleep, demanding I take housekeeping services for the day, I changed my review on here to reflect my experience this go around. I contacted guest services again and explained what was going on, they called the front desk, told me every 3 days I would need to take service and I said ok that's fine, didnt think anything more. Within 15 minutes front desk is telling me I have to check out and tried TWICE to charge me an incidental fee when nothing was wrong with the room. I didn't violate anything. 12/12 Edited to reflect most recent stay and service: I used to enjoy staying here but have since changed my mind. Upon checking in we made an agreement with management
