The staff was excellent! Brooke in particular was very helpful and did a great job making sure we had all we needed to have a great time. Rooms are a bit dated but the service made up for it, the breakfast was pretty good as well!

Booking ahead of time was a great save for us because we got in late. Brooke was real nice when checking in and when we got to the room the TV remote didn't work but Brooke was able to get us another one which did work. The room was nice and clean and the water was hot on the 5th floor. I did notice that the hotel was built in 09 and renovated in 16 and you could tell with some things in the room. However the room was great for our stay. The next day the lady at the front never spoke a word to us when we was upfront that morning but the guy later that day did speak and was helpful. The breakfast was absolutely on point and one of the better ones around with lots of choices! The fitness center is really only for those who do cardio, tho they did have some free weights. Nice property and conveniently located to the GB Tollway. Several restaurants in the area and some within a short walking distance. Two cardio machines in the exercise room were not working but otherwise, everything was fine. Great breakfast offerings.

Buckle up, because this stay was a whole journey. It all started when we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor, the moment those elevator doors opened, we were hit with a wave of what I can only describe as industrial strength citronella. I was nauseous before I even reached the room. Then… the surprises began. On the floor and on the bed was a mysterious white dried substance that looked like it had a story to tell, one I did not want to hear. Disgusted, but exhausted (it’s now 9 p.m.), we waited for the promised cribs for my babies. Finally, front desk brings one pack and play, and surprise! It comes pre-furnished with trash inside. Two straws and some random plastic pieces, just in case I needed a reminder that this place is a full sensory experience. We asked for a new room and got mo
