Great if you're single and displaced. I've stayed for 6 months and honestly blew away expectations. Inn a good way. Customer service is decent. The manager that comes in on weekends is a asshat and not approachable in any kind of way. But everyone else is friendly. Actually very quite. They do a good job renting to people they believe are going to be good for the complex. All in all I'm very satisfied with my stay here.

I thought it was going to be a dump but for the price it’s pretty nice. The location is perfect for me just a hop, skip and jump from I-635 and close to a couple all night gas stations. A ton nicer then the read roof in Plano. I just hope the price stay where I can afford it. Thank y’all for having affordable prices and great customer service. I’ll be booking another couple night right now

The rooms were dirty, there were stains on the walls and bathroom, the bed sheets were brown, the ground was dirty. Possible to have bed bugs, there was no bed coverings to help prevent bacteria and bedbugs

Stayed here for a night and it turned out to be better than I expected it to be. Great HD TV with awesome shows, Air conditioner, shower, fridge, and microwave worked perfectly fine. It was my second stay (week later) that I realized how unprofessional the workers really are. Ants were crawling from the head board which made it uncomfortable to sleep. We asked to switch rooms and the lady at the front desk said they couldn't do anything try back in the morning. I went back in the morning there was a guy that said my story was unbelievable even though I had pictures and the ants were still crawling up from behind the head board. My wife and I had to sleep on the floor.

Decent price $65 but came out with 65 bed big bites very itchy and was told they couldn’t do nothing about it no refund neither
