Motel 6 Chandler, AZ

I always hate staying at Motel 6's because theres no breakfast or jacuzzi,and they are usually loud, dirty and have poor customer service. They might not have had all the extras, but the beds were super comfy, the shower was as hot as wanted, the linen was super fresh, great cable and every single employee at this location, though, smiled and acknowledged us every time we so much as crossed paths! Whats more? Even though I looks close to the freeway, its pretty much silent at night. The freeway is elevated here and the motel is tucked away next to a whataburger and a circle k. Emily even worked with us on extending our stay, ultimately helping us finish a important project. She was a crucial piece of the puzzle that was a success! Even the maintenance guy was a hoot, super polite, and smil

Let's start with friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted kindly. Checking in was simple and smooth. Parking was easy with plenty of space. I had a package waiting for me and the desk called to get details and had it ready a little later. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were decent. Location is great!! Walking distance for food, drinks, convenience store. We would go back again.

At first, I had a good experience checking in but later that night I got a noise complaint by a creep because my autistic son was yelling which he medically cannot help it. He is just loud. He runs back-and-forth and he screams and sometimes he yells. I understand it’s late at night, but I think it’s wrong for a random creep to try to look inside my unit and think atrocious things about my children because he is screaming and I haven’t even been checked in for an hour or two or just about. Please do not come here if you have autistic children because the people around here will treat them poorly. The front office were very nice. It was just another person renting out a room that I did not know nor did I know which unit they were in the guy was very creepy and he tried to look inside my roo

I have been staying at this Motel off and on for the past few years and the New Management and her team is AWSOME compared to ALL of the previous GM's that have been at this property. They all are very friendly and if you need something all you have to do is go to the office and ask. If it's there great, if it's not then they go out of there way to get it and bring it to you. A huge SHOUT out to Emmily and her team for phenomenal service and this Motel 6 for finding the perfect Team to run this hotel. Just wish there was an Emmily and her team at every Motel 6.

Whether it is Trip.com error for having 2pm check in or the hotel saying check is 3pm, we arrived about 210 and there were rooms ready. We however were given a room that was not. We were excited to see 2pm check in on Trip.com because we had flown overnight from Hawaii and wanted to shower before a concert. We stood outside for 20 minutes. Also there we small bugs always flying around the sink. When asked we got "oh yeah they are everywhere.
