Monterey Motel

Rooms were terrible arrived in Jacksonville late was tierd, just need to rest...sheet were dirty, rooms smelled like smoke. I didnt expect much, way below expectation. Slept and left

We would’ve came out better sleeping in the car🤦🏾‍♀️. The room smelled so horrible and they couldn’t have cleaned it after the previous renters, as there was a partially smoked blunt still in the bathroom. The a/c didn’t start cooling the room until 2 o’clock that morning. We didn’t have any other option that was closer and we had been driving all day. We got our blankets out the car and slept on top of one and covered up with the other. 0/10 will not stay here again.

I live at this motel and I love the environment and the staff. I find the staff to be helpful, and kind. Living here is like living in a studio apartment being that they provide refrigerator and microwave. This place is legit 👌

I kindly asked to be moved to another room. Because the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on that long and they wouldn’t even accommodate me with that so I asked for my money back if they couldn’t move me to another room and then he brought some man smoking cigarettes in my room yelling in my face telling me I couldn’t have my money back. I stayed here last night with no problems with the air conditioner. They were very rude about it and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Who wants someone keep coming back n forth in the room to get the air to work I’m tired and sleep and look how late it is and I would be reporting them to the better business bureau

Clean rooms and the staff are awesome
