Meadowlands Plaza Hotel

We really weren't sure at first, but they had the inside decorated. Adorably and staff was pretty friendly and the rooms were very clean and the showers were very nice. There was also a shuttle that took you to the train station so we didn't have to worry about ubering. And it was only 3 mi from the train station so it was only like a 5-minute drive . Would definitely stay again

Excellent value for money hotel. Staff very friendly, rooms very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Bathroom is a good size with hot water at any time of the day. The free shuttle bus to Secaucus Junction train station is a god send and saves you lots of money. There is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities in the room with a fridge. My suggestion would be to bring your own teabags if you are travelling from the UK as the US teabags are not to my taste ( I’m a Yorkshire Tea kind of fella ). A little tip would be not to bring $100 bills as not many places like taking the benjamins, so bring 50’s or even better 20’s. The journey into Penn Station from hotel to station takes about 30 minutes from door to door, but download the NJ Transit

First let me start by saying this is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Shoutout to the housekeeping staff. The room was impeccable and the lobbies, hallways, and foyers were very well maintained during our entire stay. Breakfast was buffet style and had something for everyone's taste. The shuttle service was an awsome feature to this hotel. Dropped us right off at the mall and picked us up within 15 minutes of calling for the return shuttle. I had a very nice veiw of the city as we were on the 9th floor. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly as well. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

We went to American Dream mall this weekend. The Meadowlands Plaza hotel was nice and cozy. I loved the clean room and that it had a fridge and microwave . We had left over food from our trip at the mall. The amenities were great. The shower water wasn’t hot enough for my hot shower. The breakfast buffet was good. I liked that it was 10 mins away from the American Dream Mall. My children enjoyed themselves. The buffet breakfast was good.They give 20% discount for dinner at the Italian Restaurant on site.

The hotel is exceptional. I will definitely book it the next time. The price is reasonable and breakfast is included. I’ve never heard any noises, everything was quiet except the noise from the road nearby( I am a light sleeper). The shuttle will take you to the bus or train station, so it is very convenient for going to New York. Also the shuttle pick up you from these stations. Or you can walk, it is 10-15 minutes to the bus station. Cons: - a bit strange cards for the breakfast - TV made me crazy, it is so slow. - sometimes availability of the shuttle is a bit tricky. But only for going out of the hotel.
