Harmony Suites Secaucus Meadowlands

Decided to stay here as it’s close to American dream mall. The rooms are spacious. They’re very clean. Breakfast was excellent- I love that they had Food stations that were managed by the staff and not a free-for-all for customers. It helped keep the area clean and under control. The staff is really helpful. No matter what questions I asked the response is always pleasant. I accidentally left my wallet at the counter and they called me to let me know that they had it and I really appreciate it. Anytime I’m in the area. I will always return here. The area is safe, The restaurants and amenities are all in close proximity.

We had to cancel our trip to Philadelphia and booked this place in between two other days but unfortunately we have been charged $397 although we paid the reservation through Trip.com. We are still waiting for them to refund this mistake.

For it “ Being one of the best rooms” There was nothing special about it. I live in town. The only reason I Got a room for the Night was because I wanted my kid to enjoy a pool. It was all she wanted for her birthday. When we get to the hotel, he informed me that the pool is not working right now. This is something that they can easily post on there websites and update on Expedia. I was also informed at check-in that it would be $100 fee for my dogs when I called prior to speak to somebody and nobody mentioned that. The next morning we went down to the complementary buffet, but we had forgotten our pieces of paper that said complementary buffet. I wanted to go upstairs to use the restroom and come back down with my child, but I was informed that I could not come back again into the buffet

Positive: The location was perfect for trips into NYC using public transit. Negative: The furnishings were dated and the couch was very uncomfortable. The mattresses were also uncomfortable.

Group of 3, booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed. Room was spacious and happy we all got our own beds. It was clean and we had no problems with our room. They were quick to come whenever we called for toiletry replenishments. Breakfast was good, enjoyed the omelette and waffle stations. Parking was free, it was in a garage to the left of the hotel and it wasn’t that much of a walk tbh. I suggest dropping your luggage and passengers, if you have a big group, in front before parking your car. If you’re planning on going to NYC, I recommend this hotel especially if you’re the type of traveller that only cares about the room conditions and only there to sleep and shower. There’s a bus stop across the hotel where you can buy tickets and take BUS 320 to NYC’s port authority bus terminal whic
