Can't really fault it for price vs experience. Good friendly staff from the reception to the breakfast ladies. Room spacious and perfectly clean, beds made up each day. From my room 623 we could see Manhattan. Aircon worked great to heat or cool the room. Breakfast : I was there early every day, only me at 6am, everything fresh and good. By 9am, yes it's busy and people even sitting in the conference room. Set your expectations, treat this as a free extra, don't rely on it if you can't get up early. Bus 320 into Manhattan, great.. Mornings it's every 10-15 mins.. during the day it's more like every 30-45 mins.But it can take from 20-60 mins into or back from Manhattan, depending on traffic and wait time. We spent five nights here in a King room with sofa bed (booked for three people). The location is the clear winner: a 15-minute ride on the #320 bus ($4.95) drops you straight into Port Authority with coach-style seats and only a couple of stops. The American Dream mall and MetLife Stadium are also a quick drive away. Free parking was plentiful.|The room itself was basic but freshly updated, with a standard window AC unit. No frills, but clean and functional. Service, however, felt self-serve. We had to pull out the sofa bed ourselves and fetch our own bedding from the front desk. Elevators were frequently out of order during our stay. Very good clean rooms. Staff were pleasant and cordial. Good safe parking and centrally located with easy access to public transportation. Decent breakfast with many options. Gets a bit crowded in the morning but they open up the conference rooms that has plenty of space. Coffee and Hot Chocolate available from a machine 24x7 so a good way to get refreshed or take something for the road. The elevators were a bit slow, but otherwise worked very well. Nothing much else to complain about.

Most of their services are good, clean place. Good staff, very accommodating and helpful. But they hardly pick calls for customers to arrange themselves with them before checking in. Few food for breakfast, just omelet, bread and some few. Was expecting more base on the way they describe it on the app.And, we were not given paste. Thank God my aunty found one in her bag. We're currently staying at this Best Western Plus hotel for three nights. Check-in was smooth. The room is clean, but it's sweltering, and the air conditioning isn't working well enough to cool it down. We're in room 611, near the elevator. It's incredibly noisy, as people and children are now forced to shout instead of talking normally in the hallways. The doors also slam shut. Breakfast? Skip it! There's only one toaster for the entire hotel, so there's a line all the way to Manhattan. Very poorly organized. No coffee either. Don't offer breakfast if you can't handle it! There are tons of hotels nearby...choose a different one.
