rom the moment I arrived, I knew I had found a hidden gem! This place is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly reasonably priced for the quality you receive. The staff goes above and beyond — they are genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their customer service truly sets this place apart. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect escape. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Plus, having great restaurants within walking distance was a huge bonus! A special thanks to Emilia Navarro, the General Manager, who clearly sets the tone for the property. The team was responsive, courteous, and proactive whenever I needed assistance. You can tell the management cares about guest experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for an extended stay. The location is excellent — convenient access to NYC, major highways, and nearby essentials. For anyone traveling for business or a longer visit, this property delivers reliability, comfort, and great service. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Secaucus / Meadowlands area. Positive: Key card to get in after 10pm makes it safer Negative: The smell was bad, so many different smells. For the price of the rooms you would think they could combat the odor. The shower pours water on the floor and the elevator sounds like it's on its last trip.

This hotel was the nastiest hotel I ever stayed at. I traveled with my son to take him to Dream works indoor parks. There was hair in the shower, and a dirty black thong under the bathroom sink. The sign when I 1st checked in should've been a red flag but it states to run the hot water for 10-15 minutes. I ran the water for 1 hour and still didn't have hot water, it was luke-warm after 45 minutes. I had no hot water for my whole stay. They wouldn't change my room. I woke up the following morning to the whole 1st floor smelling like swamp. I ended up getting really sick from the smell. They do not have coffee at all only for 2 hours when coffee should at least be complimentary. The morning front desk lady was very nice but the lady overnight was ghetto. The staff reflects her leadership: courteous, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to see a GM who is visible, engaged, and attentive to details.
