Marble Waters Hotel and Suites, Trademark by Wyndham

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews for this place and I’m starting to think that maybe a lot of these people are causing problems for themselves. I’ll start off by saying all the concerns for an incidental fee being held BEFORE there’s any damages is pretty standard at most hotels in Jacksonville if you choose to stay here. As it’s just a hold and as soon as your stay is over you get that money back. So no complaints there. It seems like all these negative reviews have put off a lot of guests, due to that, we had the whole building to ourselves for the first night and the duration of our stay was quiet and peaceful. It’s a cheap hotel and a cheap incidental fee. You get what you pay for, there’s no breakfast included. But there’s a shopping center with grocery stores and restaurants right

Rooms clean if you only want a place to sleep this is fine. If you want courteous employees this is not the place for you. The front desk agent never once welcomed us or even smiled. Every time I would ask a question she was sour and wanted only to lecture the guest. Received a text welcoming me and if I needed anything to respond. WheN I did she came to the room with the toilet paper I requested and lectured me that I was supposed to call the front desk. To sleep by all means stay extended stay i do not recommend! Lobby is hot and has free standing units throughout the lobby and halls that are turned off at night. I went to my car at 4 am in the morning and i dont know if it was the attendant or security was sleeping in front of one of the ac units.

I was helped Feb 2y by the manager a female that was checking people in. As I was checking in I explained I dobt have my license but I had my immigration documrnents. She said she wssnt gonna let me in unless I had a passport. I told her that I only had my immigration documents and she starting talking about trump and how she wasnt honna let me in. I had my booking information and my immigration documents and she didnt let ne in. Worse service and hotel and really showed how not even 2026 discrimination is prevalent.

Positive: Location close to my friends home Negative: Rooms were comfortable but nothing extraordinary. Bathroom had only one switch which turned the light and fan on so fan had to run all the time. Very loud and disruptive. I prefer being able to turn the fan off when not using the shower/bath.

Their website says 24 hour front desk. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. When I arrived from the airport at 12:25am. Security told me I can't let you in bc nobody to check you in. He told me to come back at 8am. I booked a hotel from Sunday through Wednesday. I went back to my car and slept in a car. When I got inside Monday, I saw signs saying breakfast room closed, jacuzzi close(empty no water). Swimming pool close,(due to weather, weather was 77 monday, and 82 tuesday. The swimming pool had water in it. I asked for a refund, they said no. Good thing I booked through the United Web side. Call them, and they start investigating. Hotel empty, scary to stay there says 24 hour front desk. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. When I arrived from the airport at 12:25am. Security told me I can't let you in bc n
