Long Creek Hotel

I would not stay here again. Me and my boyfriend were coming up to see the grandkids on a family trip and it happened to be during a snowstorm they did not plow or salt the driveway. The snow had fallen about 24 hours prior to our arrival and when pulling in the parking lot, someone was flying from around the back of the building and slid directly into our car. There was no stop sign there from the direction where he was coming from. It is in fact a small little intersection so there should’ve been a stop sign. The hotel said that the parking lot was at our own risk and refused to credit back any of the hotel fees. Excellent Stay with Minor Room for ImprovementGreat location with friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond. Room was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. Hotel facilities were well-maintained and breakfast offered good variety. Only minor issue was occasional noise from hallway traffic. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Solid value for money.

This hotel is unfortunately delabitated and needs good attention or upgrades. The 1 star is for the night shift gentleman who checked us in. He was welcoming and kind. We interacted with 2 front desk staff who were impatient and ineffective. The blind in our room was broken and couldn't be pulled down. I informed the front desk and asked if they could fix this for us. She said she'd inform maintenance, but didn't say anything else. We noticed it wasn't fixed when we came back, so I asked the front desk about when and if it could be fixed. This was a different staff and she said there was no way that the blind would be fixed as there was no maintenance staff that day, and they wouldn't fix it until we checked out. So, I asked if we could switch rooms. She was visibly annoyed at my request,

DO NOT LET THE LOW STARS DETER YOU!!! We recently spent 3 days at this hotel, and it was the definition of a hidden gem. Great price, free breakfast, room was “old” but very clean, very fresh and nice. Pool was warm and had a spa. Staff was incredibly nice especially given we lost our key cards twice. The location is perfect, parking close, and again ITS A DEAL. Book this hotel you will not regret it!!!

We love coming to this hotel for a night away to take our son swimming. The pool area was covered in rust unfortunately 😕 and the pillows are god awful. But other than that it's a nice little hotel. Excited to see what the future renovations will look like!
