Live In Lodge Gainesville

The room was horrible wasn’t clean at all!! The event had been booked over a month ago and as soon as I got there to pay the remaining balance the lady advise me that they usually close at 4! Which she never told me an my event started @3-7pm!! Soon as I walked to the ballroom area I notice a dirty mattress in the hallway with a dirty sheet just out then trash every where ! Soon as I open the door to the ball roon it wasn’t set up ! Not valcume or anything!! The bathroom looked as if it hasn’t been clean in weeks ! Nobody never came to clean them the whole time we was there ! We basically had to Clean the room our self ! They didn’t have any trash cans nor was it worth $350 !! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!! Your better off going some where else ! No good Customer service or a clean a

front desk staff not friendly,it says on the app front desk 24hrs but we had to wait till 10,room in poor condition it looked clean but then the cockroach started appearing small baby ones the the small medium ones that could go in your ear , i couldn’t sleep was afraid they might fly on me , saw them on the walls on top of furniture sink , i mean this place needs a pest control badly walls are thin you can hear them even through the vent in the bathroom , i know the price was cheap and that’s a + for anyone just needing to stay the night or two but at least keep it bug free even if there’s not enough towels or toilet paper or coffee pots like other hotels or motels as long as there’s no bugs, i’m gonna look for cheap prices but this time im gonna check the reviews that was my mistake othe

I've been here going on 5 years my room is top notch the maintenance and housekeeping and management is very professional there are very prompt when service requirements are needed best place to live in gainesville!👍👍👍

The manger is very rude!!! She has no bedside manner. You look at her and you listen to her, you understand what's going on with her. She acts like she better than the people staying here. I was working, I was little late, it says 12 noon and they charged me extra 82 and I thought I had straighting the problem out. But no. Place nice, manger very unpleasant.

Rooms are cleaned weekly, thank you for the wonderful cleaning ladies who work so hard and always friendly and most of all thanks to Shawnee, she always takes care of what ever we need
