TownePlace Suites by Marriott Gainesville

When we got to room had to go back down to get supplies to make the fold out couch. Front staff were very friendly. The television in the room did not work. 4 hours later when I asked about it they said oh sorry it can’t be fixed. They called after 8 pm and offered another room but daughter was already in the shower. The body wash was broken in the shower so could not use it. The next morning at breakfast the juice and water machine was broken. Paid over 200 dollars for one night and was not worth it at all. Talked to the staff when I left and they didn’t seem concerned at all.

I had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and although they didn't mention my platinum elite status (I really dont care) I feel like they go above and beyond to assist guests with any concerns. The room was very clean and in good shape for a 2 star hotel. I'd say as nice as some 3 star hotels Ive visited. The location was excellent, only 2 miles from where I was working. All in all a great place.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. While the location and amenities seemed fine at first, I was shocked to find a cockroach in the bathroom. Cleanliness is one of the most important factors when choosing a hotel, and this incident made me question the overall hygiene and maintenance of the property.||The staff were polite, but this is an issue that should never occur in a hotel. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable stay. Until improvements are made to cleanliness and pest control, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Ms. Barb, Ruen, Riley, and the entire staff were great! My wife and I had to stay here for just over month due to water damage in our home. They were accommodating to our dog and cat as well. The staff made a difficult time much easier! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place, whether you need an extended stay or are just passing through for travel!

We recently stayed at Townplace. Suites in Gainesville Ga. Everybody that was working there was extremely friendly! At the front desk: Riley and Barbara Merck. At breakfast: Juanita and Shatona. We also had a nice conversation with Gen Manager, Shayna Robinson. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.
