Positive: "" Negative: The check in/out staff was friendly but other staff wouldn’t even smile at you. When we were having breakfast before checking out, they turned the light off in the dining room while people were still eating, they had minimal food. Very disappointed

Your employee Ann Marie Holcomb is an absolute angel she is knowledgeable about the hotel and had great customer service, I will definitely be back

Positive: Nothing. Worse experience ever . Not atall worth the price Negative: The entire hotel was under renovation, and each room I was given had serious problems. I eventually stopped requesting to change rooms, as it was apparent that none were in acceptable condition

Positive: Not much Negative: No or little staff. Minimalist breakfast. Yes they had cold cereal but no milk. Everything was definitely the”cheapest” possible

Positive: The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Negative: I had to walk through halls of construction and trip hazards every where to get to my room. They should have kept the public away from that. The "continental breakfast" awful! The fruit was overripe, not enough variety, food area not very clean.
