The hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and bright. For me everything else is just not that important Please keep in mind that while the hotel is trying to market itself as a medium to long stay location, if you do intend to stay more than a few days you will need to come prepared. There is no kettle to make hot water and while there is a dish washer there are no pots or pans. There is not enough hangers in the closet and the bed only has a side table on one side and there is no place in the bathroom to hang up cloaths. While I only gave three stars for service this does not imply bad service... Everyone I spoke to seemed very nice... The three stars is really to show the absence of service. had a pleasant stay at this simple, clean and comfortable hotel in Syracuse. The room was well kept, the bed was comfortable, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.The location is convenient, with several food establishments nearby, making it easy to grab a meal without travelling far. It’s a good option for a straightforward, fuss-free place to rest.Overall, a nice and reliable hotel in a convenient part of Syracuse.

Here's the deal. It's clean it's in a good centralized location however it's next to a crack motel. It wouldn't be so bad except the secure doors where broken you where supposed to have a keycard to enter but it was not locked any of the 4 nights we stayed and the front desk staff after 8pm was not existent didn't care who walked through.

Bare bones, modern accommodations. Being so new, it's very clean and doesn't show much wear and tear. Upon arrival we discovered the TV did not receive any programming. The manager came up and tried to fix it but couldn't. I am not a luddite and I could not get it working either. We were told that the house was full and could only be offered a discount. Fortunately I brought a laptop and hdmi cable. The following day we were contacted to be offered a different room for the second and final night of our stay. Once moved into a room with a working TV, we discovered we were not missing much. The stations were very limited (basic cable and lots of ESPN) with no local stations. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel was well managed. A very smooth experience. The kitchen in the rooms made it very accommodating and convenient when the weather was bad. My go to place from now on when I visit Syracuse.
