This hotel needs help - Staff looks tired and poorly motivated- When I asked for a crib for my infant son, I was told to wait tomorrow because the staff was gone for the day even though I only booked 1 night… the agent didn’t know much about breakfast either, gave me the wrong pricing for parking, gave poor guidance to use the elevator, there was zero help to bring luggage off the street to the 4th floor lobby, no dolly available, etc… at breakfast, the place was only staffed with 1 waiter and 1 cook, and the service was bare minimum. Based on the observed low occupancy and ability to book with points at an attractive rate, it is obvious that hotel is not in high demand but such experience explains why

I've stayed in roach motels that took better care than this. Room reeks of weed. Can't park or get a room before 730 at the earliest. Staff is incompetent at best. Absolutely trash especially for the price.

Great location. The receptionist, Omid, was really friendly and made our check-in super quick and easy. He even upgraded our room, which was such a nice surprise. We had a very pleasant and quiet stay. The room was clean, cozy, and had a nice ambience.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time, and unfortunately my experience started off very badly. The hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me no email, no call, nothing. They said the reason was that they tried to charge the card on file, but my card was locked, so the payment didn’t go through. Instead of informing me or giving me a chance to update my payment method, they simply cancelled the reservation. The front desk agent blamed the manager and wasn’t nice at all . He didn’t even apologize and just told me to book a new room. That’s unacceptable. You cannot charge a card without the guest being physically present to swipe it, and the policy clearly states that. You also can’t cancel a confirmed reservation without informing the client, especially without a valid reason.

The staff couldn't be nicer! They were friendly and professional. The bed is very comfortable and the room was well-appointed. The location was convenient for metro access to DC and also had plenty to do right outside the door. We were able to get food easily and felt safe doing so. The hotel is a little strange in that the entry is on the first floor and the concierge is on the 4th, but the elevator is quick and convenient. As a disabled person who travels with a mobility chair, I had no issues with navigating the hotel or the area. I was able to use the Metro easily, Uber always had a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) available and cab companies were quick with WAVs as well.
