La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jacksonville Butler Blvd

My wife and I had a very disappointing experience during our stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites on Butler Blvd in Jacksonville. From the moment we checked in, there were multiple issues that made it impossible for us to get proper rest. We were first placed on the 5th floor where there were kids constantly running and making loud noise above us. Because of the noise, we couldn’t sleep. We attempted to call the front desk to report the issue and request another room, but the phone in our room was not working at all. After some time, we were moved to another room, but the problems continued. Around 1:40 AM, we were suddenly woken up by someone knocking on our door. It was a front desk employee who said her name was Lauren or Laria. She told us that her boss instructed her to knock on guest doors

Great location close to 95 and easy access to beaches, staff was excellent. They are in the mist of remodeling, but we stayed in a newly constructed room with completely new furniture and beds .We are members of the Wyndham rewards. The staff is excellent even the owner assisted us. Our microwave is brand new, but didn’t turn and came in late at night himself personally, and replaced it with one of his staff members to make sure that we were comfortable quite quite charming family they are out. I would recommend recommended the stay with affordable rates . Large outdoor pool and new gym. Will definitely stay again.

Positive: The location is easily freeway accessible, great food places around, not too noisy. Negative: I did not like the cockroach problem in the first room I stayed in. They had to move me to another room

We enjoyed our stay at our hotel. Tawanna was really accommodating and even changed our room when our first room didn’t have hot water. She also recommended places to eat around or close to our hotel. We also had my mom stay for one night and she prepared her room ahead of time so we could leave for a family wedding. The breakfast wasn’t the best, but filled us up.

Have been coming here for years! They just remodeled the whole hotel and did an amazing job! They are always friendly and accommodating. They don’t even complain when I show up 2 hours before check in and ask to check in. I will continue to use this hotel anytime I’m in the area
