La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greenville Woodruff Road

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast decent, a bit more basic than Marriott (1 waffle maker, instant oatmeal and grits), breads, yogurt, juice machine, coffee, tea, and milk for creamer (no non-dairy or gluten free options visible), PB and jelly packets. No highway noise. On first floor Thursday night after 11:30 or midnight checkin, heard some footstep noise from above. Would stay again.

Positive: Everything was new Negative: That the customer should have been notified about the construction going on and the name change prior to booking.

First off thanks to the Manager Kevin and the front desk rep Rose. They are amazing I had a unexpected situation that I wasnt aware of with Expedia and they both got everything situated within minutes. The rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Its a fairly quite hotel. I will continue to stay there everytime I have to stay in Greenville SC. Thank you Rose, Kevin and the rest of the staff including housekeeping cant leave yall out! Lol

Very clean hotel, Danielle's amazing and really makes you feel at home. Location is close to costco, trader Joe's whole foods and a ton of restaurants . Very good value for what you're getting. Only some what of a con is the breakfast is sub par

I’m driving across the country and desperately needed a place to stop and rest. I had accidentally booked my reservation for the wrong dates, and instead of adding stress to an already long day, Rose immediately put me at ease. She went above and beyond to help me rebook everything smoothly, all with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. Her hospitality made a huge difference in my experience, and it’s people like her who turn a simple stay into something memorable. Five stars for Rose, her accommodations, and her outstanding customer service. Management…don’t just give her praise, give that woman a raise!
