The rooms look remodeled and in good condition, the location is very good as it is very close to the airport and they have a shuttle to the hotel. Honestly, it would be a very good hotel except for one big problem they have: their receptionist, Jorge or George, is extremely rude, My aunt made the reservation as a gift, and she put my name in the comments since it was a night using Wyndham points. I gave her my ID and explained that, he said there was nothing under my name, and I explained that it was under my aunt's name. He found the reservation and started scolding me as if it were my fault for not telling him that from the beginning (which I did). Positive: We were attending a concert at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont. The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk. It was great not to have to deal with traffic before or after a concert. Parking at the arena was $25. Parking at the hotel was $16. Negative: ""

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the LaQuinta Hotel-Chicago O’Hare Airport. The staff, including both shuttle drivers, were friendly and professional. ***Don’t believe what some of the other negative reviews say about this hotel, because they are not true. The hotel itself and our room-including the lobby and breakfast area, were very clean and welcoming. The decor is very nice and updated decor and furnishings. There was a terrific selection of breakfast foods-both hot & cold, and drinks which is more than many other hotels serve and is included in the price of your stay. Despite being very close to the busy airport-our room was quiet and the bedding & bedding were very clean & comfortable. The room was extremely hot, if I was informed there is no air conditioning prior to paying I would not have stayed. We were brought a fan that was loud all night the room was stuffy. The shower drain was clogged water would stay stuck in the tub. If I would’ve known the room had no air conditioning I would not have booked a room. If I felt safe enough, I would have slept with the room door wide open because the hall way felt cooler than the room. Very disappointed. Only booked this stay due to my flight being cancelled until the next day, unfortunately next time I would much rather stay in a chair at the airport than to book here again.
