Positive: "" Negative: We stayed from 8/29 to 9/1/2025. During our stay, we experienced issues with bed bugs. Management keeps sweeping it under the rug, saying there were no bed bugs found in the room dispute the pictures we provided. Do not stay here. I warn you.

My experience at the Marriott Country Club Plaza was a bit underwhelming. My room was really small and cornered off by a wall. It took nearly 10 minutes for the shower water to heat up. I had to pay $30 to park my car in a tiny, dark lit garage. Also, one of the elevators to the guest floors was out of service and we had to wait several minutes for the one working elevator to come back down. Maybe it was a fluke as I’ve only read good reviews before now, but I likely won’t be returning.

It is a good location with public transit nearby. There's parking for $30/day in a garage that has the first two floors reserved for valet service. The garage is narrow and it's tough to turn the corner with another car going the opposite direction. The staff are nice and professional. The shower handle was loose and the toilet didn't have a strong flush. I mentioned the handle as I left. The rooms are nice and the view is outstanding.

We love staying here. The staff are incredible (managers, front desk, housekeeping, servers at the restaurant). All very friendly and helpful. The valet service is amazing! Shout out to Angel, he's the best. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The shuttle service was super helpful and being right on the street car line was perfect.

Unfortunately our experience was horrendous. We had already experienced a very trying day as we had spent almost 20 straight hours at the local hospital and we're very physically and mentally exhausted. We called to make reservations for 2 rooms , paid, got confirmation numbers. Proceeded to the marriott, only to be told that they had overbooked and were offered a substitute room with 1 bed and a sofa sleeper. This was all within 1 hour. When asked how they confirmed availability but 20 minutes later did not have the room it was very nonchalant that it happens all the time and there was nothing they could do. The staff did not care that our day was very trying, did not try to find another room, basically was told too bad too sad. They overbooked were uncaring and when asked to refu
