Jax Inn motel Jacksonville , FL

Positive: Nothing. Negative: When we opened the door to the room, the 2 beds had no sheets on them and a blanket was crumpled up on top of each bed. There was trash left in the room like it hadn't cleaned in weeks. We left and got another hotel room. Should get refund!!

The office staff went above and beyond in customer service to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I am extremely grateful for their kindness.I have stayed here several times and the new owners are much more professional and guest oriented.

Amazing staff - Hector and Monica is amazing and truly understands what management is about. Very understanding and has done a wonderful job cleaning up the place! Derrick, the maintanence man, and Jermaine came out late at night to help with an issue we had. He was off and cared enough to come to help solve my issue! Love love love this place!

Well for the most part it was a good experience until I checked out and I was supposed to be contacted about the deposit and heard nothing back for now almost a week.. well its whatever especially when I got abandoned by my sister and had to clean up the room by myself.. I will just get a lawyer thanks for it all! To top it off i was here for 3 months but cant get back 125 for the deposit thats crazy!

So I booked in jaxx inn for six night and as soon as I went to my room the room had cockroaches I told the reception right away to move me and they refused I asked for my money and they refused to reimburse me and I had no chose because am not about to sleep with a bunch of cockroach in my room so I gave them there keys back and walked out and went to find another hotel at 11 pm at night never coming back to this place ever again. I wish I could give a 0 stars
