Jax Airport Hotel

This spot is most def giving motel energy. When checking in I was surprised at the pricing. I paid about $113 and change for one night (though the receipt only showed $100) plus a pet deposit of $50 ($25/pet) which is more than I’m used to but I didn’t mind too much due to convenience. The kind gentleman that came to the front desk to assist with my check in stated when I leave I’d get my deposit back as long as the room is clean which…I definitely left it cleaner than I got it. I didn’t plan on having my pets with me, but it seemed I was gonna be charged regardless so I figured why not. My place was being renovated and just needed somewhere quick to go for 6-7 hours with my tribe and didnt want too much of a hassle seeing that I was going home the same day. **Dogs have to be walked compl

This hotel is beyond horrible they have bugs and they remodeling rooms so all the noise and everything is beyond crazy plus it take 8-9 days to receive deposit back ! How crazy is that! Not water machine in front office ! Don’t ever go here they use two transactions companies and try to charge ur cards twice be careful

The front desk clerk was rude. The rooms are horrible and out dated. You can tell the beds were old and loud with metal poking you out of the mattress . We had roaches crawling around and as soon as we started using the microwave they started running out. Im sure yall can do better!

The photos on expedia are NOT what this location looks like. The room is not worth the price. Maybe worth $45-55 a night max. The rooms smell like paint, microwave was missing the glass plate. Also their breakfast selection is a handful of white bread, little Debby honey buns, froot loop cereal, rasin bran (no milk available) & some packets of oatmeal. More of a motel not a hotel. And the staff parks their minivan in the front entrance rather than a parking spot. Just avoide this at all costs. For 20$ more go across the street.
