I cannot believe this is a Best Western property. BEWARE of SureStay. Safety hazards galor- the metal railings on the second floor are rusting away and many sections are loose. There is a fence labeled as being "7000 volts" separating the grounds from some truck facility next door. My wife pinched her fingers between the very loose stair railing and the second floor deck. The room is in terrible shape- the light fixtures are corroded, there is no locking chain on the door. The bathroom has a very stale dirty odor. The "dresser" is missing wood, trim pieces are missing on the wall. If I had any clue that this was NOT a Best Western hotel, I would have never booked it.

Hotel is fine for its price. Stayed here before, all were good. Now customer service went down the hill. Asked a front desk to change a room to another side of the building, we’re given a rejection, saying all rooms are booked. Didn’t even try to see if there any available. Other then than, good hotel for its price

Positive: Friendly staff, clean rooms, pleasant smell, strong water pressure in shower, quiet surroundings, great breakfast Negative: Possibly due to the slight humidity of the room and the air conditioner, the room had a dampness to it. The air conditioner could also be considered white noise to some and annoying to others. Sounded like a washing machine to me.

Was in town for a night & had to find and overnight affordable motel. At first it was sketchy due to the location but front desk assured me it was safe. Got in my hotel room & was ready for the worst but lo behold. This is by far the BEST affordable motels I’ve ever been but then again I haven’t been to many. It is PRISTINE. The cleanliness was amazing the room even smelled clean! The following day I missed breakfast time by a few minutes (ends at 9) & was a little bummed out but the front desk & the ladies managing the breakfast room were very nice to let me in to grab coffee & a few snack items. I highly recommend this motel if you’re looking for a quick stay! Clean, efficient, modern!

One of the worst customer service. I asked the front desk for bath mats he said he doesn't know what bath mats are being front desk. He also had to complete his personal call before he could attend me. The room was horrible too. Very small toilet and sink was clogged. Only good thing was the mattress. They should work on their guest service. Really horrible
