Jackson Mobile Village Exit 79

Stayed in the RV park in one of the 15 pull through sites with our 40’ Class A Winnebago Motor home. Full hook-up for our 50 amp, (30 amp available for smaller rigs). Hook-up for sewer and water worked well. Very convenient location for restaurants and shopping centers. Stayed for 42 days while purchasing a home in Jackson. Relocating from upstate NY. The park owner was very accommodating in reserving a spot for our stay. He was very personable, customer oriented and takes pride in maintaining the grounds. I met many of the permanent mobile home park residents while walking my dog 3 to 4 times per day. All very friendly! I would recommend this park for self contained RV’s. It is not a KOA, but it served well for our lengthy house hunt and real estate transaction. Free wi-fi worked great. N

Not a particularly well-kept property. When I arrived just after sunset the post on the spot I had reserved do not have any power. When I called the number on the reservation it went to some sort of financial management company and then at the very end it said there should be on site staff, but I could not locate anyone. The bathrooms seem to be locked up not sure if the laundry was accessible or not. Luckily there were a few other open spots so I was able to relocate. If you just need a cheap place to plug in overnight this place would probably be fine.

While we were planning a trip to Texas from KY we came across this place. A very snowy and icy storm came through which delayed our departure. I reached out to them to check on the roads and they were kind enough to not only answer the phone when I called but followed up the next day. We continued to stay in contact when we decided to stay in hotel as it’s still pretty messy in the side roads here. I am super grateful for their kindness regarding this matter. Having traveled quite a bit I am pleasantly surprised by their willingness to give sound advice to someone who wasn’t even a customer. I will certainly reach out to them if I ever make it this way again.

Paid for the night online. Pulled in and immediately pulled out. This place looked sketchy to say the least. No office and no one to talk to. Long term residents and mobile homes were very dated and run down looking. My wife said now way keep moving.

RV one nighter. Quiet. Close to main bypass. No way to pay for reservations in person. NO one told me we could make a reservation online and pay for it. No communication, from start to finish. Finally got it paid for. Never again
