As a longtime Marriott person, I can see when Hosts are motivated and service oriented. The property isn't new but the care and value is fantastic. I would much rather stay in a property with great Hosts than a new property with lacking service. Thank you for a great stay Jim Sutton
I unfortunately had the lower level room and the person upstairs was very noisy. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they were not understanding at all. I have stayed at other Residence Inn's and this one is definitely a lot inferior in all aspects.
