InTown Suites Extended Stay Newport News VA - South

The service is horrible here. I’ve had mold on my “bed” since we got here. Which is disgusting because for people who say they “clean” or look at their stuff they sure haven’t looked at that. The door to our bathroom has been broken for about three weeks now and every time we’ve mentioned it they haven’t done anything about it. They told us that they had house keeping every Monday. It hasn’t happened since we got here not ONCE. They charge late fees all of a sudden? When it was never an issue beforehand when we’d pay once we got off WORK! The one lady who has been charging late fees went off on my dad about my SERVICE DOG. Asked for paper work about my dog but they do not need it. I’ll insert a picture. I had been staying at the location on Old Oyster Point road close to three years partly awaiting a job transfer and since that didn't happen I continued to stay there because of the location to the malls and shopping. Well, after almost three years of being there, they've changed managers 3-4 times as well as other staff. I encountered a situation where the manager evicted me because the tank on the toilet bowl overfilled itself and the water flooded the floor when it was flushed. I previously had the maintenance man so call fix it, but it occurred after I had flushed and immediately when to my truck to remove groceries and such. After coming back to my unit ( where I had never been late on rent, nor have I been a problem to anyone) the manager knocked on the door and asked what was goi

Would have a 5 but no one there on Sunday to reactivate my door key. Also hope the outside renovations are comparable to the inside.

Terrible room and staffing, for some reason extended stay customers cannot receive extra toilet paper and soap so I had to go to lidle to buy my own, their is rust on all metal frames surrounding the building and cracked stairs. On top of all this my key card to my room was lost so I was locked out of my hotel. None of the numbers on the office worked and nobody answered, even the over night line! I was stuck outside till 10 pm in the heat before my family knocked on an maintenance door to get in where he complained that we were the third person to come to him about this on his off day. What's going on in-town suites?? To top my stay off the grid connected to my kitchen and bathroom shut off so I went off my last day. Will never boom here again

Just wondering has anyone ever had to pay a late fee at this place. Its bullshit the normal girl behind the glass never charges alate fee but the past two weeks this other one decides to charge me 35 extra. Been here almost 2 months never not one time was I charged a late fee. all of a sudden this one is in there and its the first thing out here face got a late fee.
