InTown Suites Extended Stay Newport News VA - North

I have been choosing Intown Suites North since March 2025 out of the three locations located on Jefferson Avenue. This has been the best staff prices are fair and decent. The property is kept well maintained the on-site manager Miss Linda is absolutely amazing. She will work with you as best she can if you come into a situation she is fair very welcoming and make sure the job on this property is done correctly. Each time that I have come back once she is aware there are new guest. She will come and introduce herself and welcome you here while you stay overnight staff is awesome. Maintenance is great and housekeeping is hilarious. You can’t not love those women. I recommend Intown Suites North.

I recently stayed at In Town Suites. It was such a terrible experience! They staff there is horribly rude. My toilet broke a total of 4 times in my 2 week stay.The last time it broke my toilet overflew so bad, water and ect. was everywhere. I ruined all the towels I owned (because they don't provide you with any) to clean up as much of that mess as i could.I called the front desk as soon as it happened, no anwcer. Then i called the after hours line, and left a message. The next day I was left a VERY RUDE letter in my room that was hand written by the manager Veronica stating "Please keep your feces off our floor". Also, they have some man who they claim to be a security guard who harasses the guests.I went outside to grab something out my car and immediately was followed by this guy telli

It’s a nice clean room the front desk were very professional and pleasant the lady explained everything in detail overall a very good experience so far!

Friendly, Clean staff. Room was clean to my standards, clean linen and housekeeping was excellent! Thank you everyone for accommodating me and my toddler during our short stay with you!! ❤️

Decent price, Decent room for short periods of time. Staff is definitely amazing and do the best they can. The location is also very handy from grocery stores to basic necessities and convenience.
