InTown Suites Extended Stay Jacksonville FL - St. Johns Bluff Rd

I stayed here one week. Honestly, the room is decent. But when trying to renew go one more week, I was told I had to get rid of my dog (which he knew I had upon arrival), or I needed to leave. My dog is maybe 4 lbs, and is a service dog, not an emotional support animal, the guy at the front desk told me I had to get my doctor to send paperwork, when o had the proof myself and showed him. I asked which policy stated that… I will attach a pic of what the policy states. I explained to him, that I have shown him proof, and I don’t even have to explain what service she provides. Proof of policy and proof of dog size and registration… and there are als so many rooters on the property, and chickens too. But the roosters start crowing around 3:45 in the morning, so that’s not enjoyable. Oh, and l

After hearing that it was newly remodeled, I took a chance on staying here. I asked to look at the room and saw 5 rooms all in terrible shape. Headboards not installed, beds not made, kitchens not cleaned, air conditioning unit with no cover. Light fixtures were not reinstalled with covers. The staff seemed very disorganized with no clue on what rooms were available for customers. The area is not the safest also. I would run away from here and find another hotel. Do not be fooled from the low weekly rates here.

The room looks just like the pic. It was very clean when I walked in. InTown suites has made me feel very comfortable in sleeping here. Most motels I don’t even get under the covers, but I am comfortable enough to do that here. If you’re looking for decent weekly price with comfortability, this is the place to go!

I've been here since June 2025, the customer service is always great. I have never had any issues. The area is always clean and organized inside and out. I love the location especially, convenient of the stores. Wonderful no complaints and exceptional service!!!

Thank you manager Samuel from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed like family. The staff here goes above and beyond warm, friendly, and truly attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, and the quiet atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Every detail felt intentional, from the fresh smell in the hallways to the beautifully maintained common areas. The location was perfect close to everything but tucked away enough to give you peace.
