InTown Suites Extended Stay Jacksonville FL - Beach Blvd

Was dealing with no hot water for 4 days. They refunded some money back an fixed the boiler issue. I will definitely return. Great staff

I’ve been here for a week. Very clean and quiet the staff is nice close to shops grocery and laundry on site and next plaza over. Walking distance to JTA to get to wherever you’d like. My only gripe is vacant cars in lot and it seems like a couple of families are living in there cars on property.

The most notable thing were cockroaches. I also had flea bites on my legs (it was Summer & pets are allowed). The stay was fine beyond that w a range in room to cook, 2burner & full size refridgerator. The cleaning people not that motivated but nice staff. They did have Security patrol at night which did follow through if you called them which I did a few times. It is a beach town so expect a lot of beatnics in the area. A few kids were trying to break into rooms so get a first floor unit, the windows have a stop to secure it. These are weekly stay hotels so cheaper to book for week intervals. Its a good location for easy access to freeways & shopping. There is a post office just down the street a few miles also. There is a laundry room 1st floor.

Everyone is super friendly. We've been staying here since October od last year. Very quiet. Concerns are always addressed right away by the friendliest staff!

Been staying there off and on. Dana and Carlos are every Professional. Housekeeping is great! I'm still a guest as of now. Thanks for good service.
