InTown Suites Extended Stay Jacksonville FL - Baymeadows

I have been here for 4 months going on 5 and continuing. It is amazing! They are very pleasant and friendly. Issues get fixed immediately or as soon as possible. Mrs. Katrina always helps and fixes issues when they arise. She makes this property what it is. The other staff are amazing as well. Once we had an issue when a technological malfunction happened but they got it fixed within 2 minutes. They knew we had small children and put us where it would be the least likely place to get a complaint. They always very friendly and high fiving our daughter that is special needs. Also, they don't let any unwanted and uninvited guests to stick around. They take care of it immediately. Would absolutely recommend this place.

On check in was told to view room before paying. Viewed room and found no dishes or any pots/pans for cooking or utensils, bathroom door would not close, liquid and grime on toilet seat, cabinets falling , overall dirty room. I was told none of the rooms had dishes. Management did not seem concerned about problems noted. Refused to stay and fortunately was not charged for the room.

I have been here for a week and paid for another one. The general manager is nice. But the fact she sees the reviews on the “security” guard and does nothing is INSANE. He has harassed me and my girlfriend TWICE. Once because we were watching a duck walk around and because we had our vapes in our hand (mind you we weren’t smoking them) he had told us to get completely off property while a LADY was smoking a cigarette in the parking lot RIGHT in front of him in the parking lot. Then tonight he decided to come to our room because our door was open MADE EYE CONTACT WITH US and then proceeded to bang on the OPEN door. Saying we need to close it and get the fan out the door way. Didn’t even ask why we had it open which is because our ac has been blowing hot air and smells like absolute crap. Th

Angela & Kitrina are awesome. We were tired and in a bad mood. They kept on making us laugh and turned the day around. Very professional and courteous. They are the embodiment of a model employee

Let me begin by stating that this review does not pertain to the leadership team at this location. The Manager Katrina, her Assistant Angela, Pete the maintenance support and house keeping team deserve recognition for the great job that they do with providing world class service in this industry. However, I emphatically implore your organization to reevaluate your team member Karl who is supposedly positioned as your night security. Karl does not embrace your organizations mission statement nor does he live, demonstrate or foster an environment where the key values to support your organizations mission can exist.
