Front desk/customer service workers are all super kind and helpful, maintenance is always diligent when an issue pops up. As for the building itself you get what you pay for, the premium rooms aren’t too bad for a temporary stay.

What do you expect for $269+ tax per week? Not much. Don't expect much and the place isn't too bad for the price.|House cleaning once per week. You get two thin towels, one roll thin tp, thin pillows... Get the idea? NO kitchen supplies. You get a cook top but no pot, pan, etc.no dishes, one tiny bar of soap and bottle of shampoo.|The room looked clean but the bottom of my feet were filthy walking barefoot.|The a/c filter needed changing so it wasn't working properly.|The dead bolt didn't fit into the slot so they cut out part of the door jam, not very safe.|The faucet in the kitchen spurted water, reported it but it didn't get fixed.|The walls are thin, you will hear everything.|The room is TINY.|The outside walk ways smell like urine, barf, and pot.

I’ve been here since November of 2024 and my stay has been peaceful and quiet. Front office is about business and they are helpful and cool. I honestly can’t complain at all.

It is 30 degrees tonight, and the heat does not work in the room. Unacceptable, please do not stay here. Take your money elsewhere. I wanted to leave and get a prorated refund, but I cannot. What a terrible place, run.

The location is always clean inside and out. Clean beadsheets are always available every week. They have a 24/7 laundromat that’s always operable, clean and very easy to use for all occupants of INTOWN Suites. They also have an accessible elevator with 24/7 availability also for all the occupants to freely use. All occupants are usually kind to each other and crime rate is extremely low to none and child friendly. INTOWN Suites is a well known location in Jacksonville to take a short break or stay as long as you like. VERY recommended extended stay hotel. Look for Andrew or Lency. They’ll be happy to get you started when you decide to stay. And there are also occasional discount prices.
