! THEY HAVE ROACHES ! I stayed here multiple times over the last few years. I always loved it, it wasn’t the cleanest or most updated hotel but that’s okay, it’s what I expected for the price. Never had any issues. Last time I went I had the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We went to see Wicked, so the 2 hours spent in the room before we left were fine. A little bit after we got back though, we found a roach. Gross but not the biggest deal, for the location & price I was honestly surprised I haven’t seen them before. We killed it & moved on. Not even 5 minutes later we saw another one running around the floor. Killed that one too. An hour goes by & we killed 3 more. It was past midnight at this point, I couldn’t sleep but I didn’t wanna go through the process of switching rooms when

Positive: The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly the woman at the front desk who was very pleasant and helpful. Negative: The worst thing about budget options are often the guests, some of whom were noisy and smoked weed in their rooms which of course permeated into the hallway.

A decent hotel located near several attractions and rooms are clean and the staff is friendly I would definitely stay here again. It was a decent price compared to others in the area. It's a little hard to find at first but it's quiet and I was able to get a good night's sleep and a hot shower. They do have several outlets in the room if you need to plug in something they do have a microwave and a fridge unfortunately there are no coffee pots in the room

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had with a Hotel. I booked this months ago for the Marine Corp Marathon alongside my parents who booked another room. I found that my room had a super funky smell to it. It was right across the hall from a room that smelled like Cigarettes which they tried to give me when I complained. There was also garbage underneath my bed and the mattress protector under the sheets looks like it had stains. The bathroom had the wall all torn up. I ended up trading rooms with my parents for the night, got my sleep and ran the race. Their room was better but the shower looks like it had mold and the bathroom fan rumbled super loudly. Door to the lobby was also broken. Very disappointing and disgusting for a hotel and I’d highly recommend against booking this

I flew into DCA Monday night. Checked into the Inns around 11pm. When I walked into the lobby to check in, the odor of what smelled like marijuana smoke was so strong I felt like I was getting a contact buzz just standing there while I was checking in. I got into my room and it appeared pretty dated, but usable. All the furniture was beat up looking, but worked. The bed sheets looked clean. The bed itself was decently comfortable. Then I was getting ready to go to bed and looking for a place to plug in the charger for my iPhone. There were no power outlets on top of the nightstand or on the lights above the nightstand, so I started looking for a wall outlet. The attached photo is of the power outlet down by the floor between the bed and nightstand. SOOO gross! I could hardly believe what
