Ignite Medical Resort Carondelet

This place is a joke. Some of the nurses and aides are the best well some are rude. The EVS lady is sweet while some of the other ones have attitudes. The pictures online look nothing like this place the Directors are all a joke!! The food did not look good at all and the nurses was sharing the same insulin pen for some of the patients

It was a pleasant and comfortable time during my visit to Ignite Medical Resort. I was here to visit my girlfriend and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can also definitely see how well she is being taken care of.

I was not impressed with the level of care my brother received in his short 5 day stay. He was admitted here for rehabilitation after a 3 week hospital stay that was pretty intense. He was left sitting in his wheelchair alone in his room for 5-6 hours at least three out of the five days , with a pressure sore already developed on his buttock. I was there with him two days in a row , both days it took more than 35 minutes to even get a nurse call answered. He never received even a bed bath.

When I went to visit one of our Silver Saints a member of my church . My first time being there, it was a very pleasant experience and it was nice and warm . Her room smells good and she was happy to see us and I was very happy to see her. She is being taken care of and I will be going back again while she is there . To the staff there ; thank you for taking care of her. ♥️🙏🏽

Went there for about a week for wound care. The first thing the lady said to me when I got to my room was to write my name on my clothes so they dont get "lost." My clothes arent cheap so I bought a laundry bag that is washable to put them in instead of writing with a sharpie on them. Told management to let the laundry department know the bag is washable and not to take the clothes out and he said he would. What I got back 3 days later after finally getting some attention was some old pajama pants with SOMEBODY ELSE NAME ON THEM. Not even the bag was located. If I got somebody else pants back I know writing your name on clothes don't matter. The laundry department needs to be investigated at minimum. A nursing facility is the last place I should have to worry about my clothes coming up mi
