Hyland Inn near Pasadena Civic Center

I've stayed here twice and honestly everything from location, convenience, customer service and rooms are a 5 to me. Parking lot is spacious, lobby is clean, employees at front desk are kind and professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and I have no issues. The price is acceptable because of everything mentioned in my review. I will continue to use them.

Positive: Good location, quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff. Also this hotel has a guest coin laundry (1 washer and 1 dryer) . At reception you can exchange to coins if you need (my experience). Good Wi-Fi speed. Negative: No shelf’s at bathroom( no bathroom sink, just bath in bathroom.

I know how important hotel reviews are when deciding to book, so want to give credit where credit is due. This was a great place to stay given its price. Got really great sleep on their bed and the room was pretty big also. The free parking is definitely a plus. Things were quiet at night and definitely never felt in danger or concerned. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms are spotless, and the daily cleaning was a huge plus. You can tell the rooms were renovated with great taste. The team at the front desk was always helpful and very friendly. Add to that the good location and the fact that there was always plenty of parking, and you have a perfect stay!

The staff here went above and beyond to make sure our last minute stay was as smooth as possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
