Hyatt Place Richmond/Innsbrook

Wife and I stayed here for 2 nights, great hotel! Vibe was modern and fun, very clean place. They had a lobby bar with exclusive local beers that only this hotel chain has to offer. Breakfast area was great add to our trip, we had a breakfast scramble bowl both mornings. Bed and pillows were comfy. Will definitely stay here again! Chris at the front desk always made us feel welcome. Also located very close to a TON of restaurants and Short Pump Town center, short drive or even walk to some local spots.

This isn’t a bad place to stay. It’s clean. The majority of the staff is wonderful. Shoutout to Ally, Deedra, Parisha, and Demetria! Now as for Chris & Scott. Completely unprofessional! I’m not usually one to pick out many things, but it’s like a circus. The power trip is insane and disgusting. The commentary made about guests, unacceptable! The way you can tell they pick and choose who to try to play with. Make better choices. Grow up. And before you start mouthing off about a guest, make sure your staff doesn’t have their phone on speaker ;)

Positive: Good breakfast. I was very pleased with the cage free eggs, turkey sausage and the yogurt and berries. The breakfast made up for the other not so great things. Negative: The outside patio entracnce to hotwel was always dirty with trash. My bathroom smelled bad when I entered the room and even fluahshing the toilet had a weird smell to it, they charged $7 a day parking which is totally ridiculous and some other things

I have stayed here for the first time and after my first experience of clean rooms readily service and accommodations I have extended my stay a few times. Each and every time the service has been great the staff have been very attentive and pleasant at every turn. Rooms are clean serviced every other day and smells very nice in the hallways, not that old hotel smell or even motel. I love the complimentary breakfast, water, and fruit that you get with your stay. I also have to shout your staff Ms. Deedra she is always quick to help and very observant to my needs. Excellent hotel stay 5 stars ⭐️ across the board.

My recent stay at Hyatt Richmond Innsbrook had both positives and a serious service concern. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I had no complaints about the accommodations. My son reserved the stay for me during the snowstorm so I could be safe and warm instead of staying in my vehicle. The issue occurred when the parking lot was plowed and a large embankment of snow was pushed directly behind my vehicle, preventing me from leaving for my 7 PM work shift. I went to the front desk and asked the staff member on duty (Mr. Crease) if a shovel or tool was available so I could clear enough snow to safely exit. I was given a windshield scraper instead and told there were no shovels available. I ultimately had to improvise using a small dustpan from housekeeping to dig my
