Best Western Plus Glen Allen Inn

I truly want to recognize the amazing work of Kaylee on the day shift, Riyan in the morning and Keith at night. Each of them went above and beyond to make stay comfortable and welcoming. Kaylee was attentive, smiling and friendly throughout the day and Keith in morning smooth and stress-free with warm breakfast. Riyan especially stood out by making sure every guest received housekeeping and had a clean, well-maintained room throughout their stay, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast was also fantastic — fresh, delicious and the perfect way to start the day. I sincerely appreciate the effort this team puts in and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for great service and a wonderful overall experience.

Very nice accommodations and friendly prompt service. Room was very nicely furnished and well maintained. Wide variety of breakfast selections as well. Would definitely come back to this Best Western location!

Positive: It was really clean compared to several hotels. Most staff very friendly and helpful. Negative: I am a night shift worker, and had my privacy please hanger on outside of my door. 2 out of 5 days, someone working at/for the hotel knocking was until I opened the door.

My wife woke up with a weird rash/bite. Not positive it was from a bedbug, but it resembles pictures I'm finding of bedbug bites. I'm attaching a photo, so draw your own conclusions. Besides this the room felt clean, and it was really inexpensive. It would have been a great deal if there weren't possible bedbugs. No blockers on side of bed to prevent things from going under the bed. They put us in an ADA room we didn't need, which was ok except the floor was extremely slippery, almost like they didn't rinse all the soap or floor cleaner off. I could have very easily slipped in there. Lastly, the housekeepers were nearly screaming talking to each other so loud in the 9 o'clock hour.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I booked this room just in case the power went out at home so I could complete some school work. However, the internet went out consistently for 5 hours straight. The tv also had apps to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc. but from desk told me that Comcast hadn’t came out to finish setting up the tv so basic cable was all there was to watch. Additionally the ice machine and snack machine being on the first floor was a major inconvenience. To go all the way downstairs and to the end of the hallway almost all made me say forget the ice & snacks. On the good side front desk customer service was exceptional.
