My stay was generally good, with one staff member really standing out — Angelica in the breakfast area. She was absolutely wonderful! Everything was well-stocked, clean, and organized, and she went out of her way to be helpful and kind to everyone. Her excellent service made mornings a pleasure.||The room itself was comfortable, but it had a bit of a stale smell when we first entered, which took away from the otherwise nice setup. I also noticed some inconsistency at the front desk — other guests were offered water at check-in, but we weren’t, which made us feel slightly overlooked.||Overall, the hotel was decent, and Angelica’s outstanding attitude made a positive impression. With some attention to the front desk hospitality and room freshness, this could easily be a five-star stay.

Great place to stay. It was very clean and the breakfast was great. Friendly and courteous staff as well. They were very helpful and fast when we got there in the early morning hours. It was also very convenient when traveling. It’s right off rt 95 in a safe well lit area.

Positive: The room was a beautiful large suite type of room. Large spacious Negative: I was on the 3rd floor & 70yrs.old.The elevator stopped working.I had to carry a suitcase & 3"Zwanger"bags down 3 floors. As I was eating breakfast, I overheard a worker talking to the hotel clerk saying,"The elevator is out again". How often, I wondered.

I am from New Jersey and our flight was canceled due to shutdown. We stayed at a courtyard Marriott first night driving home. It was ok and overpriced. Then we stayed at your hotel Hampton Inn and Suited in Glen Allen, By far the best experience ever. Walk in and the friendliest guy Willie so accommodating and offered me a water. It makes a difference when you can tell they care. Along with Willie there was an amazing young lady her name was Breanna J. Couldn’t ask for better staff. When we walked in the entire hotel smells amazing. Not one negative the entire place was so clean. Bed comfy and shower hot with water pressure. Many awesome details I turn the TV on and the scream reads welcome Deborah. This place will be my hotel in the future. ******
