Hyatt Place Greenville/Haywood

I stayed at this hotel a month before my recent stay. It was clean and comfortable and staff was super friendly. My only complaint was that there was one of the two elevators that was out of order. I booked this same hotel again assuming a month later the elevator would be working so there wouldn’t be any complaints from me as everything else was nice before. I get to the hotel check in go to the elevator and once again the elevator is not working. This time I’m on the 5th floor so it took even longer having to wait on one elevator. I was irritated about that but had already paid for the room and we were in a hurry so I was just going to once again deal with this inconvenience. Positive: "" Negative: The pool was closed due to damages. The only reason we book this hotel was for the pool. We were not offered a chance to change our reservation to another Hyatt location, nor were we allowed to use the pool at another location. Very disappointing on 90°!

Absolutely wonderful!!!!! The hotel was so clean! Staff was amazing! Our room was clean, modern, and spacious!!! Beds and pillows were extra comfy and soft. The shower was HOT and soothing!!! Breakfast was amazing, and check out is at 12:00 pm!!!! 10 out of 10!!!! Only complaint...there was no shower gel in the shower - nothing major!

We booked a king room which was spacious. We requested a first floor room over the phone when booking due to the reviews regarding the elevators and received a fourth floor room instead but the room was nice. The elevators are very slow and feel a little unsafe but we didn’t have trouble with them. Views from the upper floor are nice. Bathroom is very very small. No streaming services available on the tv. Front desk employee checking in was a little curt when we double checked about paying the full price at the counter. I gave my card numbers over the phone at the time of booking, thinking I was paying in full at that time. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail set this property apart. The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, with a sleek design that feels both comfortable and upscale. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of great restaurants and entertainment options, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travel.
