Hyatt Place Baltimore/BWI Airport

This hotel is under renovation and will be special when completed. The front desk was unaware of the perks of loyalty levels but I think we worked through it. The charges on our bill don't say what was purchased just when (breakfast, lunch, or dinnertime- which seems a bit weird). The lobby space, tv knook, kitchen area, and dinning room are nice and clean. The construction on both sides and the the front door constantly being opened make for a cold experience for breakfast unless tou like the cold and then you're going to love this during cold months. The rooms didn't start with adequate towels and I don't believe we ever got this corrected. The housekeeping staff are always working and are pretty anxious, one walked right into our room as we slept, it gave us a bit of fright momentaril

This hotel definitely needs improvement in room cleanliness and organization. The bathroom was dirty, there was no extra bedding in the room, the ice bucket was glued down, trash cans were missing in the coffee area, and there was no decaf coffee. It also appeared that the morning complimentary pastries were never put out in the breakfast area. On the positive side, the check-in staff were fine, and the check-out front desk associate was excellent—very helpful and professional—and is the main reason I chose not to file a formal complaint.

Overall a pretty nice hotel for a quick stay, it's much better than the Hyatt Regency in downtown. The staff is friendly and I really appreciate their patience. While there is construction going on, theyve done a good job with the renovations and I would recommend staying here if you are close to be airport. I do wish the gym had a cable machine but it still got the job done.

Location great, Atmosphere could definitely be better, rooms lacking. They only provide two towels and I was there for 3 days. Value of what you get does not match the price you have to pay. Noise level is fine. Service is below par. I requested towels and was told "there are none clean, we can bring them up to your room in 45 min". They were never brought to my room. I was waiting for several mins and no one around at front desk. When a gentleman did show up he came from the back with a burrito in his hand and laid it on the counter and proceeded to help me. I didn't use any of the amenities. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The Hyatt House 100%!
