I did not know what to expect in an old motel refitted with all the corporate standard furniture and decor. Mattress was way to soft, no support, two of the lampshades had mold on them, there was more dust than expected in a Wyndham room. Frayed around the edges, but at core it was a good room at a good price and we would stay there again.

Booked this place through Expedia. Expedia advertised 24/7 check in but when I arrived at 10:30pm I was told this wasn’t the case. It was not a problem for me but others should be aware. The room was what you’d expect. Everything looked clean and well maintained. I’m writing this review a week later and show no signs of having slept in a dirty bed. I only give it 4 stars because the walls are paper thin. All night I was woken up because the floor above me was stomping around at 2am, or someone started their truck in the parking lot at 4am. Other than that it was an easy, and nice stay.

Positive: in room refrigerator and microwave Kings size was comfortable. Negative: Could use a nightlight in bathroom. The pillows for the King bed were 4 very small pillows instead of King size pillows. No elevator.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof. I was next to a family that was loud throughout the night. I even had the bathroom fan on, ear plugs, and pillow over my head. The room was clean enough, however places were missed (near tv stand, stains on comforter, stains on couch). Shower had great pressure and hot water.

I reserved a room that their website advertised as a king bed with jacuzzi tub through a booking site. I called to confirm and was told they “don’t have jacuzzi rooms anymore, and that they need to update their website.” I immediately asked to cancel and be refunded; to which they replied “you will be charged for one night, but your cancellation insurance of 9.95 will be refunded.” To which I issued a report through Apple Pay. I am currently waiting for my refund and will update at a later date. I will also add, the person who answered the phone at the front desk in Lenox was very rude and unprofessional.
