Hotel Pergola JFK Airport

Excellent hotel. They offer overnight and short stay. They are very helpful. They have a very nice lobby and snack machine with various condiments and items. There is also an ATM here. The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable and the TVs are great. Thank you hotel pergola for an amazing time.

Positive: There's a bus stop in front of hotel. Negative: Room (C07) not so clean. Top bed cover stank and felt oily. Sheets felt oily. Kept sneezing and eyes itchy. Realized headboard full of dust. Windows grimy and dusty. Yellow stains in bathtub. Sink fixture broken. Mold around tub. No microwave in room.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I have never left a hotel immediately after checking in, That was before this hotel. Upon walking into our room, it was Immediately clear that the photos taken for the room are edited and failed to show the true condition of the hotel/room. Cigarette burns in the bedding, The remainder of an unrolled cigar next to ash on the window sill of specifically a non smoking room. Graffiti plastered INSIDE the room. On top of this THEY BOOK BY THE HOUR. This is not an option when booking online but i feel it should be mentioned. The hotel overall seems unsecure/dangerous with the types of characters seeming to come in and out. Staff doesnt care about cleaning. Will update with more true room photos and will be making it clear to everyone that this is not a place

Fantastic location, about 30 minutes from JFK without traffic. When I arrived, there was a bit of a wait to check-in. The staff were helpful when I needed to get a replacement phone charger. The bathroom was in need of renovation and a deep clean. I know hotel is not responsible for clientele, but enforcement of quiet hours would have meant a much better sleep. If you've got an early flight, don't need to bathe, and can sleep through doors slamming and loud voices, this is a great deal for the price.

Simply disgusting. See all other reviews.. If you CHOOSE to stay here you are a fool, I unfortunately didn’t have a choice due to my flight being cancelled and no other available hotels. Booked a non-smoking room and it smelt like I had just smoked a full pack with the windows up. We slept on top of the covers fully clothed and put a sweatshirt down as well. I was genuinely scared I was going to get bed bugs. 0/10 do not book
