Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas The Colony

Highly recommended - Our family of four stayed one night there. We were able to check in early and had a large clean room. The lobby area is very nice with a decent breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Much nicer than the Hilton property across the street. Location is great too as you are a 2-3 minute drive to all of Grandscape.

By far my favorite hotel to stay in, this place was clean, sophisticated and modern. The shower doors were beautiful. The room welcomed me. The staff were all really nice. The massive breakfast selection at this one. You get to make your own Texas waffle, that was the icing on the top. I’ll be back here.

The hotel itself is in a great location and staff are friendly. The reason for the two star review is these are the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. I've slept in truck beds that are more comfortable. We have one more night to go tonight here and I'm probably going to try the hide-a-bed in the couch in our room...there's no way it can be worse than the bed. I can't overstate how uncomfortable the beds are.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The noise levels were unacceptable. You could clearly hear people walking around in the hallways and rooms above, doors slamming loudly, and even feel the room and bed shaking when people walked by. It made it extremely difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable, which only added to the frustration. On top of that, the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful during my stay. I was surprised that there were no basic complimentary toiletries like toothpaste available, and when I asked if I could purchase some, they were completely out. Overall, the lack of comfort, excessive noise, and poor customer service made this a negative experience. I would not recomm

Positive: We stay here each time we travel to Dallas. We like the location. Negative: I am beginning to see some wear and tear. Also, they don't have any "non-pet friendly" rooms. There should be designated rooms that pets are NOT allowed in for customers who don't want to be in a room that a dog or cat has stayed in.
