My daughter had to stay in Dallas for school. We traveled out to The Colony and secured a room for her.||Its got a Mom approval rating. It is clean, has laundry on site, near bus lines. In a safe area so I didn't worry about her being there by herself for briefly.||Great value for your money.

This is the perfect place if you are starting over and rebuilding you life. Its one bill and there is plenty of parking. As of 2/21/2026, there is plenty of rooms 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms available.

Horrible experience… had a problem with so many bugs I think there were even bed bugs because my kids had many bites on them when we woke up the next morning. There was blood stains everywhere… looked like someone had given birth. On and off of the bed, it looked like a murder scene. The employees were just as bad as the room. There were some things left in the room from the previous guests. Tv didn’t work, and the room were not sound proof. It doesn’t cost that much to go up the road and pay for a more expensive one. For the sake of my kids we checked out and went up the road.

Rented room 1001 for a few months and have just left. Room was clean and had no bug issues. Staff was very nice with me and any issue I did have the front desk handled immediately. The only down side was the laundry facilities are out dated and I just used a local laundry mat

Rosalyn that works at the front desk is Outstanding…she does an excellent job and has made me feel very welcome during my stay here. For me this is not my ideal living situation. But I’m here until something better comes along. Thankful for a roof over my head at this point. 🙏🏾
