Homewood Suites by Hilton Baltimore-BWI Airport

It is nice hotel .The staff there is very helpful and nice. The girl that works over night named Charese has helped us a lot and has been very nice |She is nice to everyone and tries to help all the guests. The breakfast bar is very good but they need to switch it up sometimes

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I prepaid our room weeks in advance, but when we arrived we were told the room we paid for was not available. Instead, we were given a much smaller room with one bed and a sofa bed. Traveling with a family of five, this was clearly not adequate—but after a long day of travel, we just wanted to shower, eat, and get some rest. Once in the room, it was obvious how rundown the property is. The bathroom sink would not drain, the HVAC vent was rusted and literally hanging off the hinges, and the heat did not work at all. The room temperature was 58 degrees. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room with working heat, and that’s when things went from bad to worse. This place is a complete mess there was a fire in the hotel 2 weeks ago and there was extensive sprinkler damage. Loud fans drying out the lobby. The whole floor smelled like smoke and I don't mean normal smoke this is smoke from a certain "plant" right outside my room. All the rooms are non smoking btw. It was very difficult to find in the dark. My room had a wet floor and a bad stench.THEY CHARGE YOU TO PARK HERE and there are very few spaces available. It's winter and some of the rooms don't have heat. I'm an honors member and I've stayed at lots of other Homewood suites this one doesn't deserve to be called a suite.

i’m not one to leave a negative review unless necessary. I am appalled by this location. I walked into a complete and utter mess, the hotel was falling apart literally the walls and base boards were off and peeling, the staff was extremely rude, outlets were not working for us to charge our cell phones, heat was not working for us to stay warm through the night, there were stink bugs all over the walls and the ceiling, the pool was down and it was overall just a horrible experience. I don’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel. When I asked for my money back, I was told that it was not possible, and I was only granted points, which I still have yet to receive on my account. 1 star isn’t low enough.
