The staff here is great. Asim is great. And Ms Mary is the best. If there is any issue with your room they definitely make sure to take care of it so your stay is a good one. They always make you feel welcomed and are super friendly. Asim definitely will do any and everything to make sure your stay here is a good one. As far as extended stay hotels go when I'm in Gainesville I'll always stay at hometowne suites.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: The reason I rented this room was because it had a kitchenette , but the stove wasnt working.

The rooms are tiny. They are visibly dirty and smell, even in the non smoking rooms. Roaches are everywhere in the room. Had issues with the stovetop not working. The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall the first time I touched it. And they have a lot of strict/odd rules. There are a bunch of families that live here and the over all environment is not good. Our neighbors yelled and screamed every night for our entire week stay. Would not recommend or go back.

Stayed here 2 days when my truck was broken down, Asim is awesome and a very good host. My room was clean and had zero isssues. Located next to a grocery store and a cool little shop next to the pharmacy with some items from overseas in it. And as a plus the rates here are pretty cheap compared to the other hotels in the area, so it’s a win win. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

I have to say this has been the best stay at Hometown Studios (Red Roof)! They rooms are very clean, comfortable and welcoming!!!! I love the fact there is a stove in every room which is very accommodating! The staff is very professional and the customer service exceeded all expectations! I am greatful for the time I have been at HomeTown! I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying just one night, a few nights or even weekly!!! You will not be disappointed! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!! SALLY MCCLARY
