Hometown Inn

Super basic room.. was clean sheets were great desk person was awesome friendly walls are thin but overall was pretty quiet stay.. price was good beats paying 235 a night somewhere fancy that doesn't really offer anything more other than decore

I enjoy my stay while being here at the Hometown Inn. They have many rooms available for one or seven days at a time. The bed is giant, the water pressure is strong, you get a TV, mini-fridge, microwave, closet area, towels, trash bags, included coffee, and the public transportation stops right outside. I'm blessed to be close to work and in a warm location, especially as winter approaches. The team does very well at keeping everything clean and working. God Bless :).

Apparently I stayed there a couple years ago and they claimed I stole a washcloth so before I could get a room I had to pay to reimburse $3.50 washcloth and I guess I really didn't say that I stole it but they said that one was missing I went ahead and paid the money which is whatever and the rooms are definitely a lot nicer than they used to be so Improvement is being made.

Refused me and my grandpa bc ge had a seizure, alert, dog just disrespected him made him feel bad bc we been out late working and just very rude and lies about price says 56 out side then you get in there and he says 75 crazy

On 12/1/24 I experience the worst service, my unit heater went out and I told the counter receptionist. Let it be known that it was 16 degrees outside with snow flurries coming down. The receptionist said the maintenance man was coming to fix it. He wanted me to wait for the maintenance man to come and fix it. So I said I’ve been working a 12 hrs shift last night and I’m not going to stay in a freezing room. Instead of changing my room, he brought me a portable heater. It took about a hour for the maintenance man to come and fix it. I had to stay in my truck to stay warm.Terrible services won’t be here no more. They lost a good customer because I travel to work. Also the cleaning lady was very unprofessional and rude.
