From the moment we arrived, Mary was incredibly kind, welcoming, and courteous. She had all of my packages ready the second I checked in, which made the start of our trip so smooth. I also had a small issue with the shower, and Mary immediately jumped into action with a solution—no hesitation, no hassle. Truly outstanding customer service.
