Hampton Inn Potomac Mills/Woodbridge

Pro with a con, comfy sleeping. Kind of hard bed but the most comfortable pillows on the planet. The showers though, terrible. No water pressure & luke warm water... at best.

A nice Hampton Inn in Woodbridge, VA. Tucked away from busy streets however is close to some restaurants for having dinner / lunch. We were able to take advantage of the exercise facilities and breakfast in the morning. Staff was helpful and rooms are nice and clean.

First, I usually don’t post a bad review, because sometimes people just have bad days, and I also waited a couple weeks because I wasn’t sure I wanted too. However, this situation was inexcusable that it needed to be posted. I travel often and NEVER had such bad customer service experience. I stayed here a couple weeks ago, upon arriving I told the gentleman Amein (sound-a-mean?) I just traveled 10 hours from northern NH on my way to SC for a funeral. The hotel was fairly empty, but he felt the need to put me in a room NEXT DOOR to people with 2 dogs that barked at EVERY Single noise. Shortly after arriving, I left and went out to my car to get something upon returning the 2 dogs were coming in from outside NOT ON LEASHES and chased me up the hallway (toward the front desk) every time

Unjustly profiled If I could leave zero stars I would! Upon arrival at the Hampton Inn, the front desk receptionist, Marsha had a very short snarky tone with her. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and not take anything personal. WRONG ALL PERSONAL. The next morning upon trying to rebook, we encountered the same receptionist, Marsha and were told that we could not rebook. When inquiring about why she said she was given quote, “ Very specific instructions to not let us rebook with no explanation.” This does not sound specific at all. She put it off on contacting the General manager, Ford Francis who was unreachable until Monday. I had NEVER felt more violated . To be rejected without reason in an establishment I’ve paid money in gives me only one speculation, profiling/racial

I was staying at the Hampton Inn at the Woodbridge, VA. The room is clean, but there is no hot water! The water pressure is lacking. I expected better from a Hilton Hotels sub-brand.
