Courtyard by Marriott Potomac Mills Woodbridge

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the team at Courtyard Marriott Woodbridge for their outstanding accommodations and hospitality. We hosted our wedding rehearsal lunch in their meeting space during our wedding weekend, and when we ran behind schedule due to our food not warming up as planned, the staff stepped in immediately and did everything they could to accommodate us and keep things running smoothly. We also had a large number of our guests stay at both Courtyard Marriott and the Residence Inn across the street as part of our room block. Our guests were extremely happy with their stays and shared how comfortable and welcoming the experience was! Many mentioned they would happily return in the future. Positive: Cleanliness Negative: They charge $20 for incidentals, like a lot of hotels, ONLY THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL does not reimburse and charges, I went three times and three times was charged and not reimbursed!!! Finally, I had to dispute thru my credit cards, cancelling 2 cards!

So many things that are wonderful about this location: 1) one of the few locations that stands by the Bonvoy program thank you ! 2) the location is right by a shopping center and many food options 3) the have a mini restaurant on location 4) free plenty of parking 5) the 7-3pm lady is amazing I can’t think of her name she’s really friendly with shoulder length curly hair a light complected African American woman. I loved her. But everyone was nice. Best part: I don’t care if hotels are new or not. I don’t care if they have new upgrades. I care about cleanliness. And my room was beyond clean. I will be back

No lobby coffee which is cheap- not microwave in room which should have been there no blow dryer which they couldn’t find one to give us! Nice staff though. We were given the impression there was breakfast but you have to pay and it’s expensive. We would have stayed someplace else. We have never stayed at a place that didn’t have coffee in the lobby and most places we stay have a small breakfast included.

Latonya at the front desk was great. Very accommodating and helpful. Only complaint, called to see if they had a bar/ restaurant they said yes. We got there and the bar / restaurant was closed for new years eve. Able to park u haul with trailer in back.
